Tupperware Recipes Fast Mashed Potatoes

- 2 pounds white potatoes, washed, peeled, diced

- 1/2 cup water

Place in dish of Tupperware Recipes Steam It (no colander). Cover and steam for for 12 minutes or until done, stirring once. Drain water. Add milk, butter, or sour cream. "Smash" with potato masher.
