- ½ cup chopped onion

- 2 medium green bell peppers, halved lengthwise

- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup plain lowfat yogurt
- Snipped fresh cilantro, optional

Wipe out bottom dish. In the bottom dish of the Tupperware Recipes Steam It, combine meat mixture, chicken broth, uncooked rice, mint and pepper. Let stand, covered 5 minutes. Stir the cheeses into meat mixture. Stir mixture into peppers to serve. Serve with yogurt and cilantro.
