In the bottom dish of the Tupperware Recipes Steam It, stir together uncooked rice, water, 3 Tbsp plum sauce and the soy sauce. In the colander insert of the Tupperware Recipes Steam It, combine pork, zucchini and carrot. Place colander insert in bottom dish. Drizzle pork mixture with remaining plum sauce. Cover and steam 7-9 minutes, stirring pork mixture once, until pork is cooked through. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. To serve, stir rice mixture and place on dinner plates. Add pork over rice.
