- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg (small to extra-large)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pineapple ring – drained - reserve juice
- 1 maraschino cherry (drain)
- 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice (can use water)
Melt butter in Tupperware Recipes CrystalWave Soup Mug Add brown sugar, stir to moisten & distribute evenly over base
Add pineapple ring & put cherry in center
Add cake mix & stir just until smooth
Pour over pineapple ring mixture
Microwave on 80% power for 3 min.*
Remove, put Tupperware Mini-Cake Taker base over & invert
