Tupperware Recipes Breakfast Sandwich

- 1 English muffin

- 1 egg

- 1/2 ounce cheese

- Deli meat or breakfast sausage of choice

Toast the English muffin.

Crack the egg and pour it into the Tupperware Recipes CrystalWave Soup Mug. 

Microwave for 20 seconds.

Take the mug out of the microwave and add the cheese and meat on top of the egg. 

Microwave for another 15-20 seconds.

Put the English muffin on a plate. 

Loosen the egg with a knife. 

Slide the egg onto the bottom half of the muffin. Cover with muffin top.
